Stefano J. Genna

He graduated in Law at the University of Bologna in December 2003 (with a thesis in international law, research work and study at UCLA – University of California Los Angeles) and qualified as a lawyer in January 2010 c / or the Court of Appeal of Bologna.

After graduating and a period of about a year spent in the United States of America (Los Angeles), he attended a two-year preparation course for the judiciary at the E. Redenti Postgraduate School – Higher School of Legal Studies – at the University from Bologna. He subsequently collaborated with law firms deepening Italian international and civil law in its various facets and insights.

Since 2010 he has been an enrolled mediator at the Citizen and Health Conciliation Body set up in the Order of Medical Surgeon and Dentists of Bologna and, in 2017, he has also successfully completed a Master's Degree in International Business Relations between Italy and the Russian Federation (Master of the first level established by the Alma Mater Studiorum c / o the University of Bologna). Mr. Genna speaks fluent English and Russian.

In 2018 he founded the SJG Law Firm specializing in commercial contracts, business plans, and internationalization of companies.

Valentina De Luca

She graduated in Law from the University of Bologna in May 2015 and was admitted to the Bar in November 2017 before the Court of Appeal of Bologna.

Since qualifying as a lawyer, she has built extensive experience in civil law, advising and assisting clients on a wide range of matters, both in and out of court. Over the years, she has developed particular expertise in family law and inheritance law, providing legal support in matters involving separation and divorce proceedings, child custody, maintenance obligations, succession planning, probate matters, and inheritance disputes.

Her professional approach combines solid technical knowledge with careful attention to the personal and practical aspects that often characterize sensitive family and succession matters. She is committed to offering clients clear, reliable, and solution-oriented legal assistance, with a strong focus on protecting their interests while guiding them through complex legal issues with professionalism and discretion.

Thanks to her experience, dedication, and client-centered approach, she is able to manage each matter with precision, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility.

DOTT.SSA AMBRA CINESI

Graduated with full marks at the University of Bologna Faculty of Law in March 2021 (with a thesis on environmental law and territorial governance); after graduating she began an internship pursuant to art. 73 D.L. 69 of 2013, at the Court of Appeal of Bologna, dedicating herself to various branches of civil law, with particular focus on family law and minors.

Since July 2021 she started the collaboration with SJG & Partners International Law Firm in Bologna.

Dr.ssa Ambra Cinesi is fluent in English and Spanish.
